During the maintenance, generator service will be made unavailable for a limited safety window while technicians complete the principle elements of this service operation. This work is being done to ensure continued reliability and quality of backup power, no service interruptions are planned or anticipated

CrowdStrike | Windows Machines Impact
Resolved - Our customers who contacted Ntirety Support and those we have identified as impacted from the CrowdStrike Falcon upgrade are now resolved.

Monitoring - Customers who are running CrowdStrike EDR on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems are experiencing crashes/BSOD. The vendor (CrowdStrike) is aware of this current impact and has advised customers a workaround to delete specific CrowdStrike files on the Windows device while in safe mode and has an updated configuration moving forward for the Falcon software. While Ntirety does not support CrowdStrike, if you require assistance on the workaround please contact Support.

Outbound Email Delay from Ticketing System
Resolved - The outbound sending issue from the ticketing system has been resolved on the back end by the ITSM vendor.

Investigating - At this time we are experiencing a delay on outbound email from our ticketing system. Responses sent to tickets from Ntirety are currently delayed.
