We have resolved the cloud enterprise event in our Newark Datacenter related to our Solid State Drive (SSD) storage platform, and requested a further analysis requested from our vendors. Due to the loss of storage from the Virtual Machines (VM), VMs may need a reboot in order to bring it to a fully functional state. Ntirety is reviewing any hung VMs and will reboot them, if you still have issues please call or chat with support.

We are currently investigating an event involving cloud enterprise nodes in our Newark Datacenter. We have engaged our Systems and Network Operations Team and are actively troubleshooting this event to identify the root cause.
